Tip Information Setting
When a visitor clicks for a live chat, but there is no operator online, the system will guide the visitor to Message interface.
But operator can choose to give a tip information before the Message interface.
They way to set tip information:
Option -- Parameter Setting -- Dialog -- Tip information --Tip information before enter message
Operator can decide to activate or not,and the content.
Tip: There is edit tool bar in editing area. Code button can help you with more colorful effects.
